Pricing questions
What currency are prices in, and is tax included?
All plans are priced in US dollars (USD). Any applicable sales tax or value-added tax (VAT) is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
How do monthly and annual billing work?
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe on the interval you choose — monthly or yearly — and renew automatically until you cancel. The exact price, interval, and renewal terms are shown at checkout before any charge. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Can I cancel, and will I be refunded?
You can cancel any time: open Billing in your account and choose Manage subscription to use the Stripe Customer Portal. Your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account reverts to Free. We do not issue automatic refunds or prorate unused time; EU/EEA/UK consumers keep their statutory 14-day withdrawal right. For billing questions, email support@datumpilot.com. Which plan includes the complete lesson library?
Pro includes all 12 learning modules. Free and Individual both include the four foundation modules.
Which plan do I need to export PDF reports?
PDF interpretation reports are a Pro feature. Free and Individual can always copy a report to the clipboard; the Individual plan does not include PDF export.
Do I need a credit card to use the Free plan?
No. The Free plan is $0 with no credit card required — sign up and start interpreting.
