AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to the DatumPilot software-as-a-service offering ("Service") operated by Ingenivue Engineering Services Inc. ("Ingenivue", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

SERVICE

DatumPilot provides tools for GD&T feature control frame creation, validation, interpretation, and tolerance analysis. We may modify the Service to improve reliability, performance, or features.

ACCOUNTS

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You may not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

Paid plans are billed in advance and processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the billing portal. If you cancel, access to paid features remains until the end of the current billing period. Pricing, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Refund rules are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

YOUR CONTENT

You retain ownership of content you upload or create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display this content as necessary to operate the Service.

DISCLAIMERS

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. DatumPilot outputs are for engineering workflows and must be independently verified for your specific requirements.

  • Deterministic calculator and advisory outputs support engineering review; they are not manufacturing certification.
  • Monte Carlo and stack-up simulation views are decision-support outputs and may differ from production variation due to real process behavior.
  • GD&T validation and interpretation outputs do not replace professional engineering judgement, drawing authority, or required quality controls.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ingenivue Engineering Services Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
